I’m writing this while sitting on a pile of blankets which I’ve made into a bed out on the patio. It’s way to hot to be sleeping inside tonight. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and its giant windows face south, so that when the sun comes up bright and early, the apartment becomes a greenhouse. AKA it gets super hot and stuffy. Outside it has actually cooled off to a decent temperature (the weather network tells me it’s currently 19 C) compared to inside, and therefore instead of sleeping in a sheet or nothing in the bed and getting sweaty, I’ve decided to sleep outside. It’s actually really comfy, cozy, and cool, and all of the above make me a happy girl.
